Terms of Use

1. Who we are and how you accept

These terms are the agreement between you and [TO BE FILLED IN: legal name] («Lyron», «we») for using Lyron. You accept them when you create your account. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Lyron is

A personal artificial intelligence agent that talks with you and gets things done for you online, on its own computer in the cloud. It's an AI and it can make mistakes: double-check anything important before you rely on it.

3. Your account

To use Lyron you must be at least [18] years old, give accurate information, and keep your password safe. Each account is for one person.

4. Lyron acts for you

Responsibility. You give the instructions and approve anything sensitive; approving means authorizing. You're responsible for what Lyron does within the freedom you gave it (your permission mode and your spending limit).

Oversight. Out of the box, Lyron asks you before it pays, sends, or deletes anything, and always before it posts to your social accounts. You can stop everything instantly with «Pause everything».

Purchases and payments. You must be authorized to use the accounts and payment methods you use. A purchase is between you and the merchant (their prices, terms, and returns). Lyron never types your payment details: you do. If something goes wrong, contact your bank and us.

5. Third-party sites and services

The sites and services Lyron uses for you have their own terms, and you choose to use them. Lyron doesn't get around captchas or blocks. [TO BE FILLED IN: what Lyron does on sites that ask agents to identify themselves, with counsel]

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Lyron for anything illegal, fraud, spam, harassment, monitoring other people without their permission, malware, getting around security measures, or sexual content involving minors. Agents don't take on romantic or sexual roles. Lyron may decline to do something.

7. What's yours and what Lyron creates

What you upload and what Lyron creates for you belongs to you; you only give us the minimum permission needed to provide the service. If you publish an app that collects data from its visitors, you're responsible to them for that data.

8. Not professional advice

Lyron doesn't give medical, legal, or financial advice. Well-being agents aren't therapy: they keep you company with self-help exercises. If you're in danger, see the crisis protocol. Investing in Lyron is practice only, with no real money.

9. Trial, subscription, and payments

You start with a 7-day free trial with $3 of AI included. The subscription and its price: [TO BE FILLED IN]; we'll tell you the price before we ever charge you. Billing will be through Apple or by card; we'll remind you of each renewal at least 5 days in advance, and you can cancel immediately. Refunds, the included AI, and its cap: [TO BE FILLED IN]. You always see what each task costs.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We do our best to keep Lyron running at all times, but there may be interruptions. If we change something important about the service, we'll tell you first.

11. Suspension and closing

We may suspend an account that doesn't follow these terms. You can delete your account anytime, in the app or on the web («Delete my account»).

12. Warranties and liability

Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows. Your consumer rights can't be waived. [TO BE FILLED IN: with counsel]

13. Governing law and courts

[TO BE FILLED IN: with counsel]. If you're a consumer, you keep the rights your country's law gives you.

14. Changes to these terms and contact

If we change these terms, we'll tell you before they take effect. Contact: [TO BE FILLED IN]. Effective date: [TO BE FILLED IN].
