Frequently asked questions

The basics

What is Lyron?

A personal AI agent: you talk to it by text or voice, and it gets things done for you online — searching, comparing, booking, filling out forms, watching prices, making documents or apps — on its own cloud computer, then lets you know when it's done.

How is it different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers you; Lyron also does the work. It has its own browser, keeps going after you close the app, remembers what you ask it to remember, and asks before anything sensitive.

What does «its own computer» mean?

A cloud computer that's just for you, with a real browser. You can watch it live, use it yourself from your phone («My Computer»), and say «Take it from here» so it carries on.

Which AI does it use?

Several. Lyron isn't an AI model; it's your agent, with your memory, your permissions, and its own tools, and it uses the models that scored best on our tests. If one fails, it switches to the next on its own.

Does it work in my country and language?

It speaks native English and Spanish and adapts to your country: your time zone, currency, and formats. Its browser opens the sites people use where you live. For now, we offer it in the Americas.

Is Lyron made by Meta, OpenAI, or Google?

No. Lyron is independent and uses models from several companies.

Security and data

Can it pay for or send things without my permission?

Not out of the box: before it pays, sends, posts, or deletes anything, it shows you what it's about to do and waits for your yes. If you want to give it more freedom, you pick the mode and a daily spending limit. You enter payment details yourself; Lyron never sees your card.

Does Lyron see my passwords?

No. You type them on the live screen, or its encrypted Vault stores them where the AI can't read them. If you type a password or card number in the chat, Lyron hides it before it reaches any AI and reminds you not to put them there.

What do you do with my data? Do you train AI on it?

What you do with Lyron lives on your own Lyron computer, not on a shared server. To answer you, Lyron sends the AI only what it needs, without your private details, and with open models it only uses providers that don't store or train on what they receive. We don't sell your data or use it for ads. Only if you turn on «Help improve Lyron» do we keep anonymized examples, and you can delete them.

What about «I'm not a robot» checks?

Lyron doesn't solve them on its own: it lets you know, you solve it with one tap on the live screen, and it carries on.

Can I use Lyron on WhatsApp?

Not yet. We're working out how to do it within WhatsApp's rules, which changed for AI assistants in 2026. We'll let you know if it happens.

How do I delete my account?

In the iPhone app: Settings → My account → "Delete my account". It deletes your computer in the cloud and everything Lyron knows about you. It can't be undone. You can also ask for it by writing to falabx98@gmail.com.

Sign in on this site and tap «Delete my account». Your cloud computer and everything Lyron knows about you are deleted. It can't be undone.

Pricing and devices

How much does it cost?

You start with 7 free days and $3 of AI included, no card required. The subscription is coming soon, and we'll tell you the price before we charge you anything. You always see what each task costs.

What devices does it work on?

The iPhone app is in beta through TestFlight, and the Mac, Android and Apple Watch apps are coming soon, all with the same account.

Why is there a waitlist?

Everyone gets their own cloud computer, so we're opening up gradually. Leave your email and we'll let you know.

Agents

Can I give it a different name?

Yes: a nickname up to 20 letters, its color, an accessory, and how it talks. The app is still called Lyron, and it stays just as honest. What you pick on this page carries over if you create your account in this browser.

What's the difference between an agent and a bot?

An agent talks with you in its own chat; a bot works on its own with Lyron's computer on your schedule. Bots can also work as a team.

Can a well-being agent replace a therapist?

No. It's an AI that keeps you company with self-help exercises; it isn't therapy, it doesn't diagnose or prescribe, and it's 18+ only. If you're in danger, get help now: see our crisis protocol.
